People who urinate in public are capable of easily raping others, Pastor Mensa Otabil has said.

In one of his teachings that was played back on his “Living Word” series on private FM station, Joy, Tuesday, the founder of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) said people who find no shame in exposing their genitals in public, just to urinate, are potential rapists.

“When I see people urinating outside, it’s not just the act of urinating that irritates me; that’s a different problem. If it’s just urinating, I’m fine. It’s the fact that people can expose their privacy without a sense of boundary. That same person can rape somebody easily”, Dr Otabil said.

“That’s true because he has no sense of boundaries”, the renowned motivational Speaker said.

He added: “If you want to stop raping Ghana, stop that act”.
