According to the statement, investigations have started as a matter of urgency into the entire story, and the findings will be revealed
The management of the hospital also used the opportunity to extend their condolences to the husband and family of the deceased
The Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Ridge, has released a statement following the viral report of a man who lost his wife due to wrong mediation by a doctor at the hospital.
In a statement the regional hospital dated June 26, the management acknowledged that it had spotted the viral news report regarding the demise of a lady at their hospital.
The management assured the public that with a matter of urgency, an investigation has been launched into the issue and all the findings will be shared with the proper stakeholders.
The statement further indicated that the hospital practises an open-door policy which allows anyone with any issues regarding their service to launch a complaint.
It said that any client at all can seek clarity on any clinical procedure with the Customer Service or Public Relations Unit for a proper response from the management.
