MP for North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has taken to his Facebook handle to celebrate former president Attah Mills‘ 76th birthday.
In his post, Ablakwa listed the charismatic qualities of Attah Mills that makes him a unique leader.
