Ghanaian highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee has revealed why he hasn’t congratulated Shatta Wale after his collaboration with Beyoncé.
Shatta Wale has been hailed by Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy,Medikal, Kwaw Kese and many others following the release of ‘Already’ music video with Beyoncé.
But in an interview monitored on Hello FM in Kumasi, Kwaisey Pee told Dave Hammer he would be a hypocrite if he congratulates Shatta Wale.
The ‘Akono Yaa’ composer questioned how many times that these celebrities and public figures congratulating Shatta Wale have shared songs of Shatta Wale featuring other artistes in the country.
He was not happy about how Ghanaians ignore their own and embrace others.
In his life, Kwaisey said he tries as much as possible not to live by being a hypocrite.
He urged Ghanaians to treat everyone equal.
