The last line of defense has dropped the hint that he may leave the Sea Robbers this season after warming the bench last season
Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda could be leaving Orlando Pirates before the start of the new season.
The former Ashantigold shot-stopper warmed the bench most part of last term and could be looking elsewhere for more game time.
“For now, nothing is concrete but my agent has confirmed to me that there is a possibility I will start the new season elsewhere,” Dauda told Football411.
“I want to keep playing every day, I have to admit that is been tough for me in South Africa, and I think is about time I see what the future holds for me.”
Dauda, who was part of Ghana’s 2014 World Cup squad in Brazil, is reported to be on the radar of Al Ahly and Ismaily.
“Yes, I heard about Al Ahly and Ismaily but nothing has been confirmed for now, so I just have to keep my focus.
“I know my potential and what I can do, but I am hoping and praying that I will be with a club that will give me more playing time next season. We have Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and even the Africa Cup of Nations, so I have to keep training and hope that things go on well for me,” Dauda pointed out.
