Police in the Brong Ahafo region have seized one of the missing metro mass transit buses.
The bus was intercepted after a tip-off from the Member of Parliament for Bantama Henry Kokofu.
This brings to five the total number of buses seized by the Police after 12 were reported missing last year.
Workers of the state-run transport company have been agitating over the missing buses, blaming it on mismanagement at the senior level.
President Mahama reacted to the demands of the workers by dissolving the board and asking the Managing Director Noble John Appiah together with his deputy, John Awuku to step aside for investigations to commence into the operations of the company.
Speaking to Starr News in an interview, Kokofu said he hopes the bus find would assist the committee investigating the disappearance of other buses.
