When life fills us with more questions than answers, we don’t have to give up. Instead, we need to keep trusting in God, the Creator of the universe, who is all-knowing and makes everything beautiful in its time. Life’s events often leave us asking why me: Why am I facing this problem right now? Why this sickness? Why am I childless, jobless, or struggling despite my efforts? Sometimes, it can feel as though life itself is against us, throwing one challenge after another as we journey forward.

During these times, it’s easy to feel isolated and to believe that we’re the only ones enduring such struggles. But in truth, there are many who are facing even more difficult situations. The “Why me?” question can be mentally exhausting and can leave us feeling that others who live differently might be more deserving of these hardships. If left unchecked, this mindset can lead to depression, isolation, a loss of confidence and faith, and even thoughts of despair or questioning God’s existence.

Yet, these difficult times are a stage we all encounter in one way or another. Not everything we feel we deserve will come our way, and sometimes, what we work hardest for is what eludes us, while other things may come effortlessly. Understanding that none of us is immune to life’s trials gives us the strength to face them with resilience and a positive outlook, which can help us overcome them in due time.

While we may not have answers to all that life throws at us, we do have the power to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. If one question of life remains unanswered, don’t dwell on it—focus on the next challenge, where you may find the solution you need. Remember, our choices play a role in the situations we face. So, approach life with wisdom, recognizing that our actions have lasting impacts. By doing so, we can walk forward with purpose, knowing that even through uncertainty, there is a path to peace and progress.
