Deputy Chief of Staff at the presidency, Francis Asenso Boakye has unseated the Member of Parliament for Bantama, Daniel Okyem Boakye, to represent the New Patriotic Party in the December 2020 parliamentary polls.
He polled 456 votes in the Saturday primary as against the 122 secured by Mr Okyem who was seeking a second term.
